-Multiple week bookings take precedence and receive preferred rates.
-Maximum occupancy is 20 persons ( includes overnight + day guests ).
-Special permission is required for groups exceeding 20; an additional fee of $100 per weekend or $200 per week per head for groups exceeding 20.
-No pets allowed.

*Our weekend rates vary from $1,500 - $4,000 depending on the size of your group, the length of your stay, and the weekend being requested.
