Now Open in the Winter

Only the main cottage is winterized and it is heated via forced air electric and wood stove. In the winter the main cottage is suitable for a maximum of 12 people.  The hot tub is shut down for the winter; but is available with long term rentals.

Access in November and April is usually possible via our supplied steel boat.  Access in the winter is via ATV, Snowmobile, or by foot - by crossing the train trellis or ice bridge.  There are many cottagers who access their places in the off season and some of us even live here year round.  Assistance with transportation of provisions in and out is always provided.

Groomed snowmobile trails run right into Severn Falls; and there are rugged trails for cross country skiing, ATVs and snowmobiles as well - get ready to head back country and plow through remote forest trails with your ATV or snowmobile.

Alpine skiing is a short 25 minute drive away at Horseshoe Valley and Mount St. Louis Moonstone, Blue Mountain is approximately 60 minutes.
